Q7b: Who handles any NHBC warranty claims?
A: Each flat has its own NHBC 10 year structural warranty, so if the issue is with your flat and the leaseholder wishes to claim from NHBC they should do so directly with NHBC. If a warranty issue arises with the building fabric / common parts then the Managing Agent would deal with NHBC.
