Q3b: I have an issue with a neighbour, what should I do?
A: First, we suggest you have a friendly conversation with them to mention your concern. If this doesn’t help, you should contact the Managing Agent. Most issues that become a problem are covered very clearly in the Estate Rules / Lease Regulations (here) which form a part of every resident’s lease or rental contract, and the Managing Agent will remind the resident of those terms. If there is still no successful resolution, they may take legal action against the tenant.
Note: this kind of issue is rare and Dance Square is a very peaceful place to live!
