About Us

The Dance Square Residents Association (DSRA) was formed in 2012 to work on behalf of leaseholders and tenants with the freeholder and managing agent.  We are recognised formally by them as the recognised residents’ association for Dance Square.  We also engage with One Housing (the immediate landlord for social housing tenants and shared ownership leaseholders, and now part of the Riverside Group).  And we engage with Islington Council on planning matters that impact Dance Square and The Orchard developments and their environment.

It is important to note that DSRA exists to represent the collective interests of residents – it has no role in your legal relationship with the freeholder / your landlord.

DSRA is governed by its Constitution.

Management

The DSRA is run by a Committee of volunteers elected at Annual General Meetings (or co-opted to fill casual vacancies in advance of the next Annual General Meeting when elections are held).  Details of the current Committee can be found here.

You can email us at dancesquareresidents@gmail.com.

Membership of DSRA is free and open to all owners (leaseholders) and renters at Dance Square and The OrchardPlease join and sign up to our mailing list to receive our Newsletters.  You can unsubscribe at any time.  Your details will not be shared with anyone else.
