A: Mount Anvil was the developer/builder of Dance Square. They were responsible for the guarantees on the homes sold for the first 24 months from legal completion.
Mount Anvil produced a Homeowners Manual for new purchasers – you can download it here. Although some information is out of date, there is useful information on services, utilities, internal colours and finishes, looking after your home, and staying safe and secure. (Note Dance Square was originally to be called Central Square as you’ll see from the first page of the Manual!).
