A: You are advised to ensure you have contents insurance. The Managing Agent maintains an overall building insurance policy for Dance Square.
Claims against the building insurance should be made via the Managing Agent, providing the following details: (a) Type and cause of damage; (b) Photos of the damage; (c) At least two repair quotes, if the damage is within the apartment.
