On 4 May 2022 the Company which owns the Dance Square freehold was sold by Silvertown Properties Limited to Chavi & Israel Moskovitz, owners of the Avon Group of Companies Limited.
The previous Directors – JP Ledwidge, Ed Curtis and Olivia Hutchinson – have been replaced by Israel Moskovitz.
The statutory ‘Right of First Refusal’ for qualifying leaseholders to acquire the freehold when it is sold does not apply, as this is a change of corporate ownership, not a sale of the freehold – the freeholder remains Central Street Properties (Pear Tree) Limited.
