Islington Council are inviting comments on a planning application in relation to 60 Pear Tree Street by 23 May.
The application seeks to extend the roof terrace to twice its current size, and to put a pergola on the top. The application and supporting documents can be found on the Islington Planning Portal here (hit the “Search planning applications” button and type P2021/1072/FUL into the “Application Number” field.
