If you have a concern about building services please contact the managing agent, Y&Y Management. They have responsibility for the entire site, lease issues and estate rules.
Please ensure you are registered on their online portal which has building updates, useful information, and the ability to report and monitor repair and other requests – contact them for an invitation.
The Concierge can assist with keys and packages. They should also be notified immediately of any problems with security, gates, heating, hot water, elevators, anti-social behaviour or other emergencies within Dance Square or The Orchard. Gelu Chiriac is the Building Manager and Avrohom Jason is the Property Manager for Dance Square and The Orchard.

For disturbances or noise outside Dance Square or The Orchard, you must contact either the Police or Islington Council Anti-Social Behaviour hotline on 0207 527 7272
