In our December 2024 newsletter the Dance Square Residents Association provides an update on the following:
- Service Charges & Accounts: Y&Y has finalized 2022 accounts and is working on 2023. We also explain the budget and recent invoices for 2025, and how we are challenging Y&Y on this.
- Heating & Hot Water: Remote meter access is being restored, and the Energy Bills Discount Scheme will be applied to heating bills. Efforts to include One Housing residents are ongoing.
- Pipework and Site & Garden improvements
- Local Issues: The DSRA is opposing the Finsbury Leisure Centre redevelopment, with a public protest and ongoing efforts to challenge the planning application.
